Upload didn't finish

If a recording never appears, or is stuck on Uploading:

1. Check your internet connection - large audio files need a stable one.
2. Confirm the file is a supported type (see Supported file types & audio formats).
3. Reload the page and try again - partial uploads are discarded safely, so you won't get duplicates.

"No speech detected" / empty recording

That usually means the audio was silent or too quiet - not a failure. See My recording says “No speech detected” or “Voice Note”.

Very large files

Huge files can time out on a weak connection. Try again on stronger Wi-Fi. If it keeps failing, email support@humannpc.com with the file type and size.
